1. Exclusive Membership
Pinnacle Payments is an invitation‑only platform offering specialized payment processing services for elite businesses. Deal Finalizer extends these services by providing installment plan management, automated billing, and collections support. Access to our services is available solely to approved members who meet our qualification criteria, including a minimum of $300,000 in monthly credit card processing.
Membership is not guaranteed. All prospective clients must undergo a thorough vetting process. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for membership, businesses must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum monthly credit card processing volume of $300,000
- Minimum two years of operating history
- Good standing with current payment processor
- Agreement to provide necessary documentation for analysis
Eligibility applies to both Pinnacle Payments and Deal Finalizer services. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion without obligation to disclose reasons.
3. Savings Guarantee
We guarantee a minimum 30% reduction in your current processing fees. If we do not meet this benchmark after full implementation of our solution, your membership fee will be refunded in full. Refunds are issued upon verification and at our discretion, provided the member has supplied complete and accurate documentation for analysis.
Deal Finalizer complements this guarantee by helping businesses reduce operational costs through automated billing, streamlined account management, and efficient collections support.
4. No Long-Term Contracts
Membership in Pinnacle Payments and Deal Finalizer is offered without long‑term contractual obligations. You may cancel your membership at any time. However, re‑entry into the program is not guaranteed and will require a new application and analysis.
5. Confidentiality
All communications, documents, and analysis shared between Pinnacle Payments, Deal Finalizer, and the client are considered confidential. We do not disclose member information to third parties except where required by law or authorized by the member.
6. Intellectual Property
All technology, proprietary algorithms, branding, content, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of Pinnacle Payments and Deal Finalizer and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.
7. Service Limitations
Our services are highly specialized and may not be suitable for all businesses. We reserve the right to discontinue service to any member who fails to meet our ongoing criteria or misrepresents information during the application or evaluation process. This applies to both payment processing and installment servicing.
8. Security and Compliance
Pinnacle Payments and Deal Finalizer adhere to the highest standards of data protection and payment security. We use advanced encryption, tokenization, fraud detection, and compliance tools to protect your transaction and installment plan data. However, no system is entirely immune to risk, and by using our services, you acknowledge this limitation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pinnacle Payments and Deal Finalizer shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our platform or services. Our maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the fees paid for the applicable service period.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
